Refund & cancellation policy

Distriqa sells digital credits used to produce and deliver music releases. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.

No subscription to cancel

Distriqa is pay as you go. You buy credits in one-time packs, and there is no recurring charge or subscription. There is nothing to cancel between purchases, and credits never expire.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial of 31 track credits and 3 cover credits. The trial requires no payment and never results in a charge.

Refunds on purchased credits

You can request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. We refund the unused balance to your original payment method.

Credits that have already been spent, on a delivered track or a generated cover, are non-refundable, because the service has been provided at that point. Previewing, curating and running QA do not spend credits, so exploring the product never affects your refund eligibility.

How to request a refund

Email support@distriqa.com with the order or receipt number from your Paddle confirmation email, and tell us which purchase you would like refunded. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Problems with a purchase

If a charge looks wrong, a payment failed, or credits did not arrive, contact support@distriqa.com and we will make it right.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, which it does not limit. Because Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase, the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply.
